NTC has appointed a corporate governance officer, who is the highest executive responsible for corporate governance affairs, and has also assigned appropriate personnel to handle corporate governance matters. Corporate governance affairs include the following tasks.

• Handling matters relating to Board Meetings and Shareholders' Meetings according to laws
• Producing minutes of Board Meetings and Shareholders' Meetings
• Assisting directors in onboarding and continuous education
• Furnishing information required for business execution by directors
• Assisting directors with legal compliance
• Reporting to the Board of Directors the review results of whether the qualifications of independent directors comply with relevant laws, regulations, rules, and bylaws at the time of their nomination, election, and during their term of office
• Handling matters relating to changes in directors
• Other related matters
