The Board consists of twelve members with diverse professional backgrounds, serving for a three-year term. The composition includes four independent directors, two female directors, and four directors who also serve as NTC's managerial officers, accounting for 33%, 17%, and 33% of all members, respectively. Additionally, one of NTC's diversity goals for the Board is to have female directors make up 25% of the total. As of the end of 2024, one director is aged between 51 and 60, four directors are aged between 61 and 70, and seven directors are over 70 years old. The directors' average tenure is 11.4 years.
