21^th Feb. 2024 – Nanya Technology ("Nanya") was awarded the Outstanding Business of National Quality Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. It is the first national award in Asia and the highest honour in Taiwan recognising a company's achievement in total quality management (TQM).

"The Award is a recognition of Nanya's efforts in total quality management," President Lee said. "We aim to continuously bring new dynamics to the memory industry in Taiwan with the solid foundation underpinned by the quality management framework."

Nanya adopted a customer-oriented approach emphasising the participation of all employees. The integration of different systems enabled holistic process management from suppliers to customers, powering the Company's strategic management in research and innovation, human resources, corporate governance, and social responsibilities.

Starting from licensed technology, Nanya is now able to manufacture its own 16Gb DDR5 product with self-developed 10nm technology, gradually expanding from the consumer segment to high-end market. Behind the achievement, Nanya adopted international standards, including the ISO9001, ISO14000, and ISO27001, and developed 110 AI-integrated smart manufacturing applications in its digital transformation.

The Company also endeavoured to realise corporate sustainability, particularly in tackling climate change, for proactive risk management. Its efforts have translated into recognitions from preeminent entities around the globe, including consecutive selection into the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and Emerging Market Index, and the A List of CDP in water security and climate change in 2024. To enlarge its influence, Nanya unrolled a carbon reduction project in collaboration with 10 suppliers for green manufacturing.
