Nanya and Dell today announced they have signed a five-year strategic-alliance agreement estimated to be worth up to $3 billion dollars.
The agreement will cover dynamic random-access memory and printed circuit boards for standards-based servers, desktop and notebook computers for Dell's manufacturing locations worldwide. In addition, the companies will work to incorporate other commodities and products currently offered or under development by Nanya and related companies within the Formosa Plastics Group.
