To better facilitate the pursuit of sustainability leadership. NTC is increasingly embracing inclusive strategies for improving sustainable practices in terms of Economic Dimension (innovation technology/service quality/sustainable procurement), Environmental Dimension (energy management/eco-friendly products), and Social Dimension (safety workplace/social involvement).
 
Stakeholder involvement and feedback is critical for NTC to facilitate corporate sustainability. As a result, valuable comments and suggestions from stakeholders is necessary for NTC to set long-term targets of corporate sustainability and to understand material issues for conducting CSR reporting.
