NTC Logo RMA Policy

All memory under Nanya brand name shall be returned in accordance with the policy stated as following.

Nanya memory only offers warranty to defective products returned from companies that purchased directly from NTC. Any attempt to repair, modify or change the original state without any authorization voids warranty automatically.

Once failed products occurred, customers can claim warranty service by filling out the Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form completely to NTC. A RMA number will be issued upon the RMA Request Form received and verified by NTC. Failed products shall be returned to the designated destination in accordance with shipping instructions within 2 weeks of receipt of RMA number or it will be cancelled automatically.

Please click on the RMA Request Form and fill out the required columns completely. The system will automatically send the RMA to the official who will handle the RMA case. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.



  • One year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • All warranties do not include any failure resulting from misuse and modification by customer.
  • All warranties do not cover any product with torn or broken labels.
  • All warranties do not cover any product destroyed electrically or mechanically by customer.
