Our Texas Design Center is located southwest of Houston in Sugar Land at 245 Commerce Green Blvd, near Interstate 69 and TX SH Alt 90. The office is in a quiet commercial office district. The location provides easy access to neighboring suburbs of Stafford, Missouri City, Richmond as well as the city of Houston with nearby interstate 69. The Houston area provides all the amenities and diversity of a large city, shopping, professional sports teams, the Houston Rodeo and cuisine. At the same time most of the southwest suburbs are reasonably new with Houston’s unprecedented growth. New homes and apartments are part of planned communities with retail area integrated into the plans, which helps create a smaller city feel to the area you decide to reside.
