On February 3, 2026, Minister of Labor, Mr. Hung Shen-Han personally visited our company's expansion project to conduct a Spring Safety Inspection and identified several occupational safety deficiencies. Nanya Technology will conduct a comprehensive review and implement improvements accordingly. In coordination with the Formosa Plastics Group Construction Division (the unit commissioned for contracting and supervision of construction projects), we will strictly urge Li-Jin Engineering Company, our construction partner, to rectify all identified deficiencies. Meanwhile, Nanya Technology will conduct a daily inspection until the project is completed.
