Background Information: A magnitude 7.0 earthquake occurred offshore of Yilan County, Taiwan at 11:05 p.m. on December 27, 2025.
Reactive Statement: Following the Yilan earthquake, Nanya Technology immediately completed comprehensive safety inspections. All employees and on-site contractors are safe, and operations remain normal. Except for a few affected tools that are currently being restored, all other production equipment has resumed normal operation. The earthquake has had no material impact on the Company's operations or financial condition.
