In response to false and misleading statements made by Inmax Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Inmax") during an investor conference invited by Capital Securities on December 18, 2025, alleging that Nanya Technology Corporation ("Nanya Technology") is its wafer supplier, the Company hereby issues the following statement for clarification:

Inmax is not, and has never been, a customer of Nanya Technology. Nanya Technology has not engaged in, and has never engaged in, any sales, supply, or other transactional activities with Inmax, nor does it have any current, ongoing or planned business relationship with Inmax.

Nanya Technology has formally requested that Inmax verify and correct the aforementioned inaccuracy to prevent public misunderstanding and to ensure accurate disclosure.

Nanya Technology reserves all legal rights under applicable laws and will take appropriate legal action against any improper conduct to safeguard the rights and interests of its shareholders and customers.
