Taipei, March 25, 2026, Nanya Technology Corporation ("NTC") announces that Solidigm Inc. has subscribed for 71,393,000 common shares in NTC's private placement, at a subscription price of NT$ 223.9 per share. The proceeds will be used to invest in NTC's factory facilities and production equipment for advanced memory manufacturing to address the surge in computational demand driven by next-generation AI.
