Taipei, August 7, 2025, Nanya Technology ("NTC") and Etron Technology ("Etron") today jointly announced their plan to establish a new joint venture dedicated to AI memory design services. Based on the agreed allocation principle, the joint venture will be capitalized at NT$500 million, with NTC holding an 80% stake and Etron holding 20%, headquartered in Hsinchu City.

The joint venture will leverage the resources and technical expertise of both parties, utilizing NTC's advanced process node and fab capacity to deliver optimized designs of customized ultra-high-bandwidth memory solutions. It will focus on developing high-value, high-performance, and low-power memory products to meet the growing demands of edge AI applications.
