Nanya Technology joined the “Development Base of Engineering Talents Project” (iDBET) by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and was invited to the CommonWealth podcast program -【Innovation Breakthrough】to discuss the topic of talent cultivation in the semiconductor industry. Nanya also shared the plan for talent recruitment and cultivation through the tripartite cooperation of industry, academia and research in the podcast show.

"Nanya Technology recognizes and supports the iDBET project. The project combines the resources from industries, universities, and research institutions and implement national industry-university programs to cultivate students to meet the needs of the industry. In respond to iDBET, Nanya has arranged for hundreds of students to visit the company in the past two years. Last year, Nanya together with several memory companies to hold a lecture on "The Future Development of the Memory Industry" for students to promote the development of the semiconductor industry.

This year, we also participated in the "Emerging Computing Architecture AI Chip Technology" program, which several students were trained to understand the needs and implementation of the industry. By the iDBET project, Nanya does not take attracting talents as a single indicator, but looks forward to deepening the cultivation of memory talents in Taiwan and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.”, said Nanya Technology’s Vice President, Joseph Wu.

In the future, Nanya will continue to cooperate with universities, and expand the talent base through industry-government-university-research collaboration, and continue to attract and cultivate talents into the semiconductor industry.
