At Nanya Technology, we are committed to integrating sustainability into our business operations while actively promoting nature conservation and biodiversity management. In recognition of these efforts, we were honored with the Bronze Award in the Nature-related Financial Disclosure (TNFD) Award category at the 2026 4th Taiwan Biodiversity Awards (TWBA). This award recognizes our achievements in managing nature-related risks and opportunities and enhancing the transparency of our nature-related disclosures.
Since adopting the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) framework in 2023, we have become the first memory company to be recognized as a TNFD Early Adopter. Guided by the LEAP approach (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare), we assess our dependencies and impacts on nature, as well as nature-related risks and opportunities. We integrate these insights into our risk management and business decision-making processes while continuously strengthening our nature governance framework. Through strategies focused on resilience and transition, we address climate- and nature-related challenges and actively engage with stakeholders to develop and implement actions from diverse perspectives.
We also continue to advance water resource management, environmental conservation, and sustainable supply chain management to strengthen our corporate resilience and move toward our Nature Positive vision.
Looking ahead, we will continue to enhance our nature-related financial disclosures, deepen our biodiversity management practices, and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders. Together with our supply chain partners and other stakeholders, we will continue to promote the conservation of natural capital and create sustainable value where business and nature thrive together.
