Response to COVID-19

Nanya Technology’s operation was not affected by the COVID-19 pandemic thus far.

1. Production line and subcontractors are operating normally
   1. Production line and subcontractors are all located in Taiwan, not affected by COVID-19.
   2. Raw materials suppliers and supply chains are normal, including shipment and transportation.
   3. Minor equipment delivery delay, no impact on overall operation.
2. Support customers for stable production
   Support and services to our customers with the goal to assist our customers for stable production.
3. Continue monitor the future development of COVID-19 and take appropriate measure to assure the overall normal operation
