Quality Commitment

NTC commits and strives to satisfy customer's needs for product quality, prompt delivery and services. With ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management system as the highest guiding principle, NTC's quality commitment and goal provide the basis for all operations throughout the company and will be observed by all employees in their implementation of the quality policy.

 

Quality System

To effectively integrate corporate organization, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources, and other quality management activities as means to implement the established policy and goals, our quality system is set up with the following functions:

  • The quality system can be fully understood and effectively applied by company employees in relation to their respective functions.
  • The quality system can bring about products satisfactory to the customers.
  • The quality system stresses prevention, instead of after-the-fact investigation and correction.
